Bob and Phylis Manning along with Glisson Morris started Carlmont Associates sometime around the early 1960's in the Carlmont area of Belmont. Carlmont Associates has been assisting buyer's and seller's in their Real Estate needs througout the Bay Area for many years. Our main focus has been the mid-peninsula over the the past forty plus years. Our agents have had the opportunity to handle transactions almost everywhere in the Bay Area. Being one of the oldest businesses in the city of Belmont, we at Carlmont, have always tried to be part of the fabric that makes Belmont the charming little city that we all enjoy. Supportive of the surrounding community, through School Force, Save the Music and Educator of the Year Award. Involved with Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont Rotary, and the Ralston project.
